The beach at Banff Links sited at the west side of the town is usually very popular in the summer, car park adjacent to the Links Hotel and the caravan site.  There is a great playpark for the kids and a nice walk westwards to the 'Red Well' a Roman Chalyneate spring or if into walking you could go a bit further to Whitehills where there is a nice harbour recently converted into a marina which houses many yachts.  There is a surf club located at the east side of the beach, they hire wet suits so even if it's not a great day you can still have a great time.

A 1/2 mile stretch of golden sand.  A great playpark for the kids, surfing and watersports available.  Nice caravan park.

Situated at the mouth of the river Deveron just below the Deveron Bridge is a nice small beach convenient from the town, usually lots of birds around and the occasional seal.
