Baranovsky

There is an internet cafe situated in an underspass at a Lugansk's city center at a major intersection of 2 main roads. The best known main road is Baronovsky Str.

This place was empty in August 08 and I assume has moved to bigger place, I will find out where myself soon ! Used it a lot myself in the underpass last winter 07/08 and it was just 60p for an hour equivalent.
