Right off the main square, where there is a towering statue of Lenin. From Lenin, walk down the street that the McDonalds is on, one block. Turn left, and on your left hand side is a Eva store. Go in the second entrance and up to the third floor. Internet is about 2.5 grh. an hour and pretty reliable and fast.

Pretty descent. Its ~6 UAH/hr. Connection is ~120b/sec. You can get drinks and some sandwiches there. Open 24/7. If you git your laptop with you, don't ever think about getting your Wi-Fi activated there. Its assbackwards how they do that. Rather stick with conventional Ethernet cord.  I have never tried thier PC over there, but they looks OK.
