The Hotel
 The Hotel Splendid is located in the heart of the bay of Montreux, in front of Lake Geneva (Lac Leman). It was built at the end of the 19th century and its opening was in 1904. It was in 1934 that the establishment was re bought by Mr. Vital Hausmann. Since then, it has stayed within the family. The third generation of this family started to renovate the building in the year 2000, getting the inspiration from the documents dated at the beginning of the 20th century in order to bring back the charm of that time and at the same time integrating more..
