Hotel Staubbach is a century old hotel converted into a bed and breakfast. The rooms are simple and cosy - no TV or phone - and the south facing ones have a lovely view up the valley. Breakfasts are from a good buffet, and there is a lounge with TV and coin-operated internet access.
