The main shopping area is on the River Gauche, where Rue du Rhone and Rue du Marche run parallel to the river. There are many big warehouses on the main street, and expensive jewelry shops in the side streets.

In the old town, you will find antique and art shops; but Geneva is not the place to go bargain hunting.
