Discover the most beautiful panorama in the Alps in Crans-Montana! The views over the « Imperial Crown » of the Weisshorn, the Zinalrothorn, the Obergabelhorn, the Matterhorn and the Dent-Blanche are striking. Crans-Montana, you can ski at altitudes ranging from 1500 right up to the glacier at 3000m. The ski area includes 28 ski lifts – amongst them, the brand new "Nationale Express" chairlift. The area extends over 140 km of marked pistes, a third of which can be covered with artificial snow, so a great ski season is guaranteed in this region which is among the sunniest in Valais. Although the ski area attracts the best skiers in the world for Alpine skiing and freestyle competitions, the pistes can be enjoyed by everyone. Beginners are introduced to the joys of skiing and snowboarding on the nursery slopes or on the golf course, which is transformed into a snow-covered playground during winter. Adventure seekers will have a great time in the 50'000m2 snowpark. Cross-country skiers can enjoy 35 km of prepared pistes, ranging from the plateau at 1500 metres, up to the glacier itself. The ski area can even be enjoyed by those who don’t ski ! The mountain restaurants and bars have very different atmospheres, and three of them have been renovated for this winter.
