Picobello Pizzeria Vineria Terrazza

Picobello has 5 things I really like which keeps me coming back....The antipasta bar is great, they offer nice wines by the glass so you can experiment a bit, there is a lovely view of the Rhine (and outside patio in nice weather), the food is really good, and I have found the people who work there to be really enjoyable and welcoming, reminiscent of being in Italy.  Threeo recommendations:  Avoid the downstairs restaurant unless you just want food without the atmosphere.  Second, make a reservation (I did not and that's how I know to avoid the downstairs more..
