With beautiful natural landscapes, and its relevance to religious groups as well as holiday excursionists, Montserrat can easily be great for a day trip option from Salou. The Roman aqueduct located within minutes of Taragona was once the stronghold of the Roman Empire. This is a great place to stop by while driving across Taragona.Another very elegant place worth seeing in Taragona is the Placa de la Font, which used to be a Roman circus in its bygone days.
