Café del Mar

A café that's famous for it's sunset accross the water. Get there before 8pm. It's probably the most popular cafe on the island, but by far the only one, so maybe you should check out one each evening, just to discover thisone ia actually the best to cooldown and listen to the music before entering the caino or another nightlife venue. If you're still looking for a souvenir get the Café del Mar CD that's released each year.
