This is the most amazing, romantic resaturant with food that excelled anything we had tasted in all other recommended restaurants.  Every mouthful was a delight.  Be sure to reserve places though.

Alfredo's

This is the oldest restaurant of Ibiza! The restaurant, which was opened in 1934, has never changed its successful formula. You can have traditional Mediterranean food in this nostalgic place where far-off days are revived. They already have over ten sorts of Paella. The Cocotreat is Alfredo's famous black rice. It might not look that great, but it tastes delicious!

El Faro

In the beautifully layed-out garden with palm-trees, located at the end of the harbour, you can enjoy El Faro's Fish specialties. El Faro is especially known for its shell-fish. The Cocotreat is home-made Paella (with fish). The service is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

La Brasa

The romantic garden enriched with flowers and candlelight give this restaurant an intimate atmosphere. Carmen, the owner of the place, has a collection of specialities on the menu, such as salads, salmon with lobster sauce, blueberry cheesecake and cactus fruit pudding. The kitchen is the experimental place par excellence. Prices are not very cheap, but the food is definitely worth it.

Meson De Paco

Feel the authentic Spanish atmosphere of this restaurant. According to chef Paco, the secret of his well-known dishes lies in the fact that he uses wood instead of gas for his cooking. A lot of people entitle Meson De Paco as the best restaurant on Ibiza. Don't forget to order a bottle of wine, because the wine-list is compiled of absolute fine wines.
