Ses Salinas

The coolest beach of the island. It has a beautiful broad extending beach where you can choose from five beach-bars, all presenting their own sort of modern music. During day-time, the motley party-crowd tries to sleep off its hangover, in order to make it through the next night. When you go further the eastwards, you will see less families but even more party people - wearing bathing suits if anything at all. The view from the bay is absolutely breath-taking.

Beach-club Malibu Beach is a typical hang-out for both the rich and the famous. With your private wine-cooler and the best table on the beach itself, you can enjoy one of the many national and international dishes on the menu. Sa Trencha is the favorite on Salinas. It has only as tiny kitchen but it serves you the most popular food such as beach-burgers, pastas and salads. This lively beach, where people parade on the catwalk of sand, offers a sharp contrast with the quiet nudist beach down on the end of the bay.

The Jockey club has a marvelous roof which is made of palm leafs. The world's best DJ's mix the best international hits outside on the porch. The food is very good and they have an extensive wine-list.
