Belgorod, which translates as "White City," is a medium sized city in Russian, about 65 miles from the Ukranian border. There are two 3 star hotels in the city, the Yuzhnaya Hotel and the budget Best Eastern Belogorie. Local attractions include the Kursk Battle Diorama-Museum, Museum of Local Lore, and Park Probedy.
