Brasov internet cafe

I searched high and low for an internet cafe in Brasov (March 2007) and when I finally located one in the old section of town - it's doors had been padlocked and it looked long vacant. I traveled quite a bit though Romania and saw only one internet cafe. There were many, many hot spots if you had your own laptop - but I was traveling light (hitch-hiking and by train) and didn't bring mine as I had read internet cafes were plentiful. (of course I also read that English was spoken frequently - NOT)
