Mamaia Beach

Mamaia is located on the Romanian Black Sea near Constanta. It is also known as "Little Miami." It is best to go there in summer from mid-May to end of September. The beach is 8.5 km long and 250 to 350 meters wide. This sand beach is known for luxury hotels, restaurants, the Village Fun Park and wild nightlife with lots of clubs. The Aqua Magic Water Park is the stop for your kids. The western shore of Mamaia is ideal for boating and kayaking. You can also water ski, scuba dive and windsurf at minimal cost.

Danube Delta

It is located in northern Romania on the Black Sea. It is a 25-mile-long beach which is very clean and quiet. You can see large bird colonies here from spring to late summer. You can also enjoy fishing with around 160 different fish. You can explore waterways and lakes in this area and enjoy canoeing or kayaking. Sunset is the main attraction point of Danube delta. You can visit here between May and October for beautiful sunsets.


It is located on the southern part of Black Sea. It is known for the best therapeutic services. Scythian tomb and Turkish mosques are the famous attraction of the Mangalia Beach. It is clean and less crowded as compared to other beaches. At Mangalia resort you can take aero heliotherapy and wave therapy and feel healthy by inhaling saline aerosols.


It is a popular beach and is most lively in summers. The large southern part of the beach is pebbly and is the main attraction for tourists, especially the young people. The northern part of Costinesti has fine soft sand with clean water. Renting boats and hydro-bicycles is popular at Costinesti’s Lake. It is also known as the "capital of summer festivals."

Vama Veche Beach

It is one of the popular beaches among tourists. You can swim and party at this very clean beach. You can experience a suitable environment in August as the water is not very cold at this time. It has dive base and offers beach dives but with few facilities. You can go to a ship wreck located 150 meters from the shore to have an interesting experience. You can enjoy Hamsii at the beach area with many restaurants. "Stufstock" is the annual music festival that is a great attraction of this beach.
