Bus
Edit ThisBus operator STCP ( www.stcp.pt) runs an extensive network, is efficient and ecological (it boasts the second larger fleet in europe running on natural gas!). Use your mobile phone to know when your bus is arriving. Insert the bus stop code (visible on the up right angle by the logo SMS BUS) and send an SMS to # 3001. Soon you'll get a reply with the arrival times of the next five buses arriving at your bus stop. Easy, no?
The AeroBus is an STCP bus route that rapidly connects the main hotels of the city, the city centre and the airport, with fixed stops at Boavista and Av. dos Aliados.
The Aerobus takes the shortest and most direct route, using main throughfares; it is of particular advantage to those who wish to travel to and from the airport on the same day, using the same ticket. Reserve your seat online www.stcp.pt/en/mapas/aerobus.htm
The Porto Vintage sightseeing tour operates from Tuesday to Sunday. An open-top-bus will take you on a tour around Porto's most beautiful sights, the belvederes, monuments and historic spots. A guide will lead you throughout Porto in a one hour tour.
