Being a resort town, Albufeira might seem the type of place that would only appeal to young people. The truth is that Albufeira senior travel is quite vibrant. Seniors are given significant discounts on public transport in Albufeira and throughout the Algarve. Those 65 and older receive a 50 percent discount on all CP trains. Those 65 and older also receive a 20 percent discount on most major bus lines in Albufeira.
