The food and hospitality given in the 'Matandvin Hus' was excellent.  Where else in the world can you have 'king crab', 'grouse', 'reindeer' and 'hare' all in one set dinner, truly amazing, loved it!  (Stan Bruce 17th Januray 2006)

Stayed in the 'Rica Hotel' and had a beautiful lunch (see photo) I will say it was the best salad I've ever tasted.  (Stan Bruce 17th January 2006)
