To get to Zandvoort from Amsterdam, you either take the train (every half hour) or bus 80. The last option is cheaper but takes a lot longer. Both bus and train pass through Haarlem and Haarlem makes a nice stop. Remember that a bus ticket is only valid for two hours, while the train ticket is valid for the whole day.
