Jazz Festival

There's an annual jazz festival that is held during the month of August. Many jazz bands flock here to entertain locals and visitors for a whole weekend. They start on a Friday with lots of entertainment at the various establishments around. By Saturday the climax is on and in the center of town at The Gasthuisplein, you will find both local and international jazz artists performing. The festivals end in a spectacular show at the beach on Sunday.

Luminosity Beach Festival

The Luminosity Beach Festival takes place in Zandvoort every year featuring superb music in one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands. Most of the venues are situated in beach clubs. When you enter the club, you will get a wristband that allows you to enjoy various activities like: dining, strolling or dancing in the club. Food is always in plenty and you can enjoy the tasty grilled delicacies. There are also special cocktails, fruit juice and milkshakes. Music is offered by local and international disk jockeys. Every year there is a theme so make sure you find out so as to dress to appropriately. Tickets range from Euros 28 up to Euros 50 for VIP tickets. You should make sure you get an advance ticket so as to avoid disappointment. As for accommodation, make sure you book early as most places are usually full during this festival.
