Noordwijk Travel Guide

Noordwijk is a wonderful beach town on the North Sea.  It is easy to get to from Rotterdam and Amsterdam.  The white sand beaches and water are very clean.  Take in the sights on the beach watching kite boarders or admiring the many sailboats, or take a walk on the boardwalk and enjoy "droll" ice cream, a local favorite flavor.  A wind sheild might be a requirement if you plan on sitting on the beach for awhile, all the locals bring their own, not just to block the wind, but the blowing sand and an added bit of privacy.
