The museum has collections of graphic art, sculpture and paintings dating back to 1850. Facilities include an unattended cloakroom, library and a museum shop. There is an on-site restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal and regain your energy. The pub is a good place to enjoy a refreshing drink. Kids are welcomed at the museum but they need to be under adult supervision at all times. In most areas you can take photographs as long as you do not use a flash because a flash from a camera can damage the art on display. Provisions are made for disabled people as wheelchairs are available on request. An admission fee is required. Discount is offered for large groups and seniors. Children enter free.

Designhuis

Eindhoven is renowned for its design industry and Designhuis is a reflection of  this. It is a place where research, design and science fuse. At Designhuis visitors can view 5 major exhibitions and 6 smaller ones. Designhuis is open Tuesday until Sunday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Museum Kempenland

This museum is situated in a church. It has a collection of paintings, photographs and sculptures which illustrate the history of Eindhoven.

Frits Philips House of Music

Phillips Incandescent Lamp Factory

This is the oldest Phillips lamp factory and was built in 1891. At the factory you can see how the production of lamps has changed over time.  The factory is open from Tuesdays until Sundays. Visitors need to take a guided tour and there is a maximum of 15 people permitted on each tour.
