Although NOA stands for Noodles of Asia and you can have tasty noodles, soups and snacks at the big table bar in the back, it is an inviting place to 'relax' with a cocktail if you please and preferably on the big white couch in front of the fire place. Good music, friendly staff, silverly atmosphere with a touch of the 70s and some people who think they're all that much of course.
