Edit ThisThis is the one for culinairy enthousiasts. Chef Mattijs Koornneef performs magic in this small restaurant in the heart of the Jordan quarter. They have a small a la carte selection and a daily 3-course meal with seasonal ingredients. The a la carte menu is good but if you want the real feast, let Mattijs decide what he'll cook for you.
Just so you have an idea:
* Amuse: cucumbergranito with a soja jelly with Oysterfoam
* Crispy baked coquille st Jaques
* Lamb three ways
Usually it's wise to make reservations in advance. Closed on Mondays.
