As of May 05, the nearest Internet Cafe I was able to locate, with a bit of local guidance was in Budva, at the Mediteranski Sportski Centar near the bus station (Shuttle Bus ~1-1.5Euro). Hotel Sveti Stefan did not have Internet facilities, Budva Tourist Office said there was none in Budva, but when I eventually found 4 computers in the Internet Cafe, there was no connection currently available. Things should improve with the increase in new development very apparent in the area.
