Finally a real Italian Restaurant also in Skopje! La Taverna Toscana is a little restaurant in Lola Ribar street near Vero supermarket. Little and familiar restaurant. We found Vlatko who worked for years in Tuscany restaurants, learning the real secrets of italian good food. Try the pasta and tagliata, but on each season the menu changes (according to seasonal products). Top quality, means top ingredients and accuracy in preparations, so Taverna Toscana cost a little more than other italian or local touristic restaurants, but it worth completely this experience. Probably as a result of this superior quality, most of the Clients are diplomatics or business men. Vlatko showed me a lot of articles on the Macedonian press about Taverna Toscana, and told me that for Christmas Launch 2006 all the Italian Embassy diplomatics in Skopje chose this Restaurant (and this means it's real pure italian style food...!)
