This is the best place to chill with your friends, have something to drink, and listen to music while you are tanning on the sun. This is amazing. It is always packed with people especially in July.

Ljubanista beach

The best beach in Ohrid is Ljubanista Beach (named after the village) located about 25Km south from the center of the city(about 25 minutes driving by car). The beach has very beautifull golden sand, clean water with pleasant temperature and picturesque surrounding (it lies just beneath Galicica mountain). There is a small snack bar if you need a drink or something to eat, and not so far away there are toilets, showers and store. Also one part of the beach is Auto-camp so you can rent a cabin or place your own equipment (if you have one) and spend the night more..
