It's located at only five minutes walking distance from the city centre in a peach coloured house across a DVD club called 'Dju'. There are 4 twin bed rooms, each with a separate bathroom, a cable TV, a mini bar, a hairdryer, an air-conditioning, free wireless Internet connection, coffee and tea making facilities. There is a separate entrance for the guests.
