Kaunas Old Town

Here, you can also find a sample of a late Gothic architecture in Lithuania that clearly showed the power of the German expansion.
Devil’s Museum
It was called the devil’s museum because of its collector who collected over 2,000 depictions of devils all over the world. The museum also consists of wood carvings and references to music and alcohol. Culture and religion also transpire in this museum, as well as their beliefs of the unknown. The Hill of Crosses and Siluva
The history of the Hill of the Crosses started when relatives of victims of rebellion started to put crosses in remembrance of their loved once, as well as a symbol of surrendering their relatives to Christ. It is said to have continued now by people who’s belief and faith in Christ stands strong and mighty. Siluva, the place where it’s believed to be the Virgin Mary’s first appearance in the beginning of the 17th century, has been one of the main tourist attractions.
