This festival is staged around October of each year and celebrates the work of the hundreds of cartoonists, all of different nationalities. This festival draws as many as 35,000 visitors a year. The festival offers tourists the chance to see exhibitions from several cartoonists and writers, as well as cabaret shows and other relevant activities related to cartoons. It ends with an award ceremony at the end of the year for the artists and writers.
