Close to Cortona = We found this place by chance. Set in the beautiful Valley di Chio, is this beautifuuly restored inn. It has only 5 bedrooms and 2 apartments, but it has been painstakingly restored to provide fine accommodation with all the modern amenities you would expect e.g. air conditioning The breakfasts are served on the terrace overlooking olive groves and tiny Tuscan villages. We had lunch at the poolside with some local vino and enjoyed the panorama of the valley. It was here we realised, whilst relaxing, just how beautiful Tuscany is
