As at 4th. December 2005 there was an explosion of internet points as they are locally known.
There were two at piazza Pincali (just over the bridge as you go into Ortigia) which had reduced rate international phone calling.
Another near the junction of via Archia with via Di Natale got less crowded and was less cramped for space.
A more correctly described internet cafe could be found on the island of more..
