Lampedusa is connected with Palermo by a daily flight that takes less than 35 minutes. Flights connect with all the big Italian cities. It is linked with the Port of Empedocle ( Agrigento) by a SIREMAR ferry-boat - the daily service takes about 8 hours and includes a stop-off at the island of Linosa. It is advisable to book if you wish to take your car or have your own cabin.
