Well known for its famous sparkling wine, Asti is a picturesque haven for the senses.  Aside from the vineyards and pleasant restaurants, the long standing mystery of Asti's hidden gypsy gold still attracts hundreds of treasure hunters to the region every year.

Legend has it that Kopi Kennana, the famous Romany King had a treasure of incomparable wealth buried with him in the bed of the River Po.  Some say that upon the discovery of this treasure, Kopi Kenana's descendants will ascend to power across Europe, others dismiss the whole story as a nonsense to attract tourists to the region.
