Vernazza is one of the Cinque Terre towns with a port and a small sandy beach. It has a castle with a restaurant that has a view of the ocean and other Cingue Terre towns.
Vernazza is part of a hiking trail between five village towns along the coastline of Italy. There is also a "milk train" that runs daily between the towns.
