Getting Around in Ventimiglia
Edit ThisVentimiglia transportation is in charge of your safe transfer from place to place in Ventimiglia, a town in Liguria, Italy. The transportation in Ventimiglia is not only available within the city. Of course, there are as well transportations that will carry you from the town of Ventimiglia to the other cities or municipalities.
Train
The train in Ventimiglia connects this place to other cities of Italy. Ventimiglia railway station is the main station of Ventimiglia, Italy. It is located at the end of three rail routes, namely Cuneo-Ventimiglia line, Genoa-Ventimiglia line and Marseille-Ventimiglia. This railway transportation plays an important role in rail transport in Liguria as well as throughout all of Italy. However, no matter how important this station is, it is still in bad shape. The height of its platform and the trains do not match well. You need to climb as you aboard the train.
Motorcycle
Ventimiglia has two railways that connect it to the other cities. If you are going to bring your own transportation, you can take the Via Aurelia provincial road to reach Ventimiglia. Once you are in your destination, the cheapest and the best way to get around is by riding a motorcycle. You have the option to either rent the motorcycle or to hitch for a ride if you are quite a daring person. If you are going to rent the motorcycle, be sure to fix the rate before you go for a ride. You can bargain for the charge if it is too high for you.
