Port Maurizio is  the political, commercial cultural and residental area of Imperia.   Walk up to the ancient town of Port Maurizio, there are the old streets and little winding alleys all along the uphill.  There is a small Naval Museum, just face to the beautiful Cathdral of San Maurizio. Walk down the hill is the seaport with a very long gulf  line, so there is a very pleasant long walk road with flowers and trees along the gulf tothe end of Port Mariuzio. From there, we can find there is an ancient roman bridge to link the other village.
