The trekking path called "Via Julia Augusta" is the ancient roman road which passed over here on his way to Alassio and Ceriale. A view of the real ancient roman pavement is shown here. The itinerary has been completely restored and it takes about 1 hour if you go running and 2, 3 or 4 if you enjoy the panorama, just above the sea level and the many roman ruins along the walking. it is almost an aerial view that takes you from Albenga to Alassio and a full immersion in olive trees and other wonderful mediterranean vegetation.
