You can get to Albenga by car using the motorway exit and get to town and the beaches within few minutes.

A Riviera bus line can take you to the center stop and to some of the nearby coastal resorts. It is well serviced by main train lines which comes frequently from main towns like Ventimiglia, Genoa, Turin and Milan.

During summertime is quite busy to go around by car due to the holyday people but generally it is possible to go everywhere in few munits with no serious problems.
