Getting There in Rimini
Edit ThisThe train station is in the centre of Rimini, on Piazzale Cesare Battisti, ten minute's walk from the seafront and the old town centre. Ravenna, Pesaro, Ancona, Ferrara, Padua and Bologna are within an hour's distance by train. A journey from Rimini to Bologna costs approx. 5,50 Euro one way.
By car:
It's not a problem at all to enter Rimini by private car, most hotels offer parking possibilities, parking near the seaside is horrible, expensive but possible.
By air:
There is an airport in nearby Miramare, called Aeroporto Internazionale, via Flaminia, tel. 0541 715711. It connects Rimini with European capitals and the major Italian cities. In summer there is an increase in air traffic due to charter flights for tourists.
