Nightlife and Entertainment in Naples

There are a good many Naples Nightlife and Entertainment options in the region of Campania. The area sees an influx of tourists who come to the southern part of Italy for its rich history, art, sunny climate, beautiful landscapes, excellent food and fun nightlife. Mouse Club

Mouse Club, located at Via San Giovanni Maggiore in the “Centro Storico” area of Naples, is a casual place to have a good night out with friends. The club plays good dance music and continues until the wee hours of the morning. You might have to shell out anything between $3 and $10, depending on the day of the week.

Opera

The Teatro San Carlo at Via San Carlo is a state of the art theater that holds opera performances from Tuesday to Sunday. The opera performances take place only during the months of December to June. A ticket for the opera here will cost you anything between $63 and $140. You can also visit the Teatro Mercadante at Piazza Municipio which has performances happening most of the time. A ticket here will cost you around $70.

Music

If a good musical concert is what you are looking for while in Naples, then a must-visit is the Associazione Alessandro Scarlatti. Tickets here are generally priced at anything between $21 and $35. You can also get a taste of traditional Neapolitan music at the Trianon, Teatro della Canzone Napoletana. Concerts here generally take place in April until the end of the year on Thursdays through Sundays.

Live Music

Head straight for Riot at Via San Biagio 38, a club which plays good jazz music by live bands. Vibes Café has an indoor and outdoor area, both of which provide live music. It is located at Via San Giovanni Maggiore Pignatelli.

Rising South

This is one nightclub that should not be missed by even the most discerning visitor to Naples. The club is decorated nicely and is much like a tunnel with stone walls. The place is filled with comfortable seating, while the choice of music is superb with nu-jazz and lounge tunes playing through the night. You can expect to see, and perhaps meet, an eclectic crowd of people at Rising South, and this is another reason why you should not give this nightclub a miss.
