The biggest festival is "La Festa di Sant'Anna" with the Castello Aragonese on fire, the parade of the 'theme floats' along the seaside and a fireworks show on 26 July 2006.
On 14 June and 15 June from beyond Forio all the way to Lacco Ameno there are over five firework shows with a boat parade including the sounding off of boat horns and the flashing of lights. The streets are lined with open markets selling all kinds of goods and food.
