I have stayed at "La Bussola" hotel restaurant in September 2005. It is a family management (very very friendly).
I think that May - June and September are a beautiful months to stay in Capo Vaticano Ricadi near Tropea. The hotel offers a good services: free shuttle service to/from the beach (Giuseppe is a special person),air conditioned, tv color, big parking, etc.. We had a nice large room with swimming pool view. Moreover the guys at the recpetion are exceptionally helpful and nice. The hotel was in a great location, had friendly helpful staff. Wonderful restaurant!! more..

picturesque pier and next to the Cathedral.
The apartments have been furnished with taste and simplicity, using
the best materials and where possible stone, wood and tiles from the
original building.
