Located in the very center of Budapest, this backpacker company has extremely helpful staff (their staff are all guides for their tours so they know what they are talking about when they offer suggestions and help).

Located right off the Deak Sq. in the same building as the Tourist office and McD's but look for them in the courtyard. 

They are open 7 days a week morning till 7-8 PM. Seven internet terminals at 400 Ft an hour, cheaper if you go on the tours. Digi Pic downloading / burning for 600 Ft with cd. Basic set-up, no coffee or bar.

Internet cafe

No-nonsense place with two rows of computers around the corner from Oktogon on the Andrassy ut. It's on a very busy spot, which is probably how they get away with charging a ridiculous price. There are two internetcafes of similar simplicity practically around the corner (on Jokai u. and Aradi u., respectively) where you pay only 200 ft/h; here, it's 700 ft/h. But it stays open very late, well past 2 AM (which is when the internetcafe on Jokai u. closes), perhaps all-night.

Kaveszunet

Pleasant cafe in Ujlipotvaros (district VIII), just off the Istvan Korut. One of the few actual internetcafes in the city, in that it is indeed a cafe and not just a place with computers and at most a coffeemachine.
