Oia is at the northern tip of Santorini. It is characterized by the cubist architecture, and the steep cliffs, and was featured in the Tomb Raider movie "The Cradle of Life".

The sunset at Oia is quite picturesque, and so crowds gather at the numerous cafes and restaurants in the village to watch. To get a place, arrive early. The walkways also get crowded towards sunset.
