Moni Agiou Nikolaou Anapafsa (Saint Nikolas)

The monastery is a short walk from Kastraki (small village in 2 km from Kalambaka). Just follow the main road from Kastraki.

Moni Megalou Meteorou (Grand Meteora)
Edit ThisMoni Megalou Meteorou, or Grand Meteora is the biggest and the best known of the monasteries.

You may go to Megalou Meteorou by foot. From Kastraki village follow main the road. You will pass Moni Agiou Nikolaou (visit it and return back to the road). A bit further the road begins to wind.
