Getting There

Dessau can be reached by train or by plane. The fastest way to reach Dessau is by train using the Regional Bahn.

Trainstations
Dessaus main station is in the center of the city. You're able to reach every part of the city by tram or bus. Most buildings in the center, like the Bauhaus can be reached by foot. The Bauhaus and the Meisterhaeuser are just behind the main station.

Airports
After the second world war, Dessaus airport was closed. A smaller airport was rebuilt after 1990 for amateur pilots. You're probably able to charter a plane to get to the bigger airports (Leipzig, Berlin).
