Dusseldorf is a business and fair city - that means that there is no lack of mid range and first class hotels at all. During the fair times we strictly recommend reservations in advance, as well as in summer. If you rely on cheaper possibilities check out the area around the train station. Here pensions and hotels are reasonably priced, especially on Graf-Adolf-Strasse. You will find slightly cheaper options in the southern part of the city centre (for example in Jahnstrassse).
