tausche is a store carrying shoulder bags with a particular twist: The bag flaps are switchable ("tausche" is the German word for "swap" or "switch") to accomodate outfit, occasion, time of year, and mood.

The store is run by the two bag designers themselves, and is built like a gallery presenting the different bag flaps on the walls. Each bag that you buy comes with two flaps of your choice.
