In 1945 the hospital sustained some damage and has been reconstructed. The painted wood carving at the entrance, indicate that it is the foundation stone for the structure, built around the late 1500's. If the traveler looks closely, they may spot the green man that graces parts of the building's exterior. Enjoy a great glass of wine and fine lunch at the Juliusspital.
